Subscribe!
After you subscribe to "Morning Payer," "This Weekend," or "Usual
Suspects" you'll receive an e-mail in a few minutes from
FreeLists Mailing List Manager
[ecartis@freelists.org]. In order to
activate your subscription you need to open that e-mail, hit the
reply key, and send it back. That validates your e-mail
address and adds it to the list. This prevents someone from
adding your name to the list without your permission. It's the
same when you "unsubscribe" from one of the lists."

ALL NEW FORMAT!
The format of Morning Prayer was changed in September of 2007.
Morning Prayer is now based on the Scriptures for each day of the
year. It also includes a link to the Saint of the Day and
often a bit about the Saint. You'll also have a chance to ask
all members of our Group to pray for your own personal Prayer
Intentions. The Group has become a family since it's beginning
in 1996. I hope you enjoy being part of it!
Give it a try. I think you'll enjoy being part of our group. Keep me in your
prayers and know you're remembered in mine as well.

to see what you'd get for this weekend. It's a great way to
prepare for the Weekend's Liturgies well ahead of time. It's useful for
homilists, liturgists and all of us who gather for Eucharist each weekend.

Usual Suspects by e-mail .
"Round
up the Usual Suspects!" Many of us
remember that line from the classic movie
"Casablanca." It was the inspiration for
our "Usual Suspects" e-mail list. When I
began sending Morning Prayer in 1996 I passed
along inspirational and humorous e-mails
forwarded to me by our members. I sent
them to the entire Morning Prayer list.
Now that we have our own List Server I've been
able to set up a whole new list. You'll
receive a pass-along once or twice a week.
You're also very welcome to subscribe to
"Morning Prayer" and "This Weekend," but you
will no longer receive "Usual Suspects" e-mail
just because you receive "Morning Prayer."

Father Pat has led Pilgrimages to Italy, Ireland,
Poland and Prague. We're planning on a November 4-15
Pilgrimage to the Holy Land. Next year's Pilgrimage may be to
Spain or perhaps another visit to Italy
(Southern Italy, Rome and the Vatican) and in 2010, the Passion Play
in Oberammergau, Germany.

Pilgrimages,
